Terms of Service

Vayscape is a flight deal curation service. We monitor flight prices, and a human on our team reviews and approves deals before they’re published, pairing each one with honest destination context (a pitch, caveats, and practical trip details).

Vayscape is not a travel agency, booking engine, or online travel agent.We don’t sell tickets, process bookings, or hold travel funds. When you act on a deal, you book directly with the airline or, where noted, through a third-party affiliate partner (see Section 6). Vayscape is never a party to that booking transaction.

Flight prices change constantly and are outside our control. A price we’ve verified as accurate at the time a deal is published can change — or sell out — by the time you go to book, sometimes within minutes. We do our best to verify prices before publishing, but we don’t guarantee that any price will still be available when you book, and we’re not responsible for price changes, fare removals, or booking issues that happen after a deal leaves our hands.

To use Vayscape you need an account with a valid email address. You’re responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when you sign up
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing your account
• Maintaining one account per person
• Everything that happens under your account

Let us know at hello@vayscape.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Vayscape offers two tiers:

• Free — no cost. Deals are visible 48 hours after Pro members see them.
• Pro — CAD $49/year. Deals are visible the moment they’re approved, ahead of Free members.

Pro subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the subscription price on a recurring annual basis until you cancel. Vayscape does not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period, and you’ll keep Pro access until then. Subscriptions do not auto-renew into a new pricing tier without notice — we’ll use the price in effect at the time of renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods.

You agree not to:

• Share or resell your account access
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute deal content for commercial purposes
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure

Vayscape is a curation and information service. We are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability arising from:

• Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or fare changes after a deal is published
• Your inability to book a deal at the listed price
• Issues with bookings made directly with airlines or third-party affiliate partners
• Losses arising from travel undertaken based on a deal or destination content we’ve published

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vayscape’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Some deals link to third-party booking partners (such as Kiwi.com, with additional partners to be added over time) through affiliate links. If you book through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This doesn’t affect the price you pay or the objectivity of our deal selection — affiliate relationships never determine which deals we approve or feature.

You can stop using Vayscape and close your account at any time by emailing hello@vayscape.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we discontinue Vayscape entirely. Where practical, we’ll give you notice first.

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as Vayscape grows past this soft-launch stage. We’ll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Vayscape after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
