Tip 1 - Do it first!
Tip 2 - Create - Find - Go to a designated place!
Tip 3 - Go for it at least 30min. (this can be broken up into 2 - 15min. sessions!
Zone In and Go!
Get your ear buds
Pull you hair back
Put on comfort clothes
Turn on your stop watch
Tip 4 - Set minimal expectations (Goals...Intention) and ease into it!
Mandate - Do not compare yourself to anyone!
Complete Every Session!
Tip 5 - Make it personal... it's about you!
Tip 6 - Understand it is normal to resist!
Tip 7 - Acknowledge you are resisting at the same time don't punk out...Overcome resisting by focusing on your music, breathing, and your intention to become a better you!
Review Your Performance
Tip 8 - At the very least record your outcome. Completed with little resistance, resistance in the beginning, or no resistance at all.
Feel free to record heart rate, calories burned...etc. using a fitness tracker!
Mandate: Avoid focusing on the scale during the first 90 days...Instead focus on enjoyment and session completions!
Celebrate Each Session
Tip 9 - Doing anything is worth credit...acknowledge that! Positive statements are healthy too! Build yourself up because you Rock!
Keep Learning and Growing! Expect to Feel Better!

Tip 10 - Utilize strategies that worked well and avoid factors that cause you to slack.
